Traditional wine blend of white and red grapes. The best of both worlds (and far from a Rosé!)

Winemaking:
Natural fermentation of partially destemmed and crushed and partially intact grapes (extra fruit!) with a maceration of 9 months.

Aged in old barriques and with a smoothed acidity because of malolactic conversion as part of the ageing process.

Best drunk jus a little chilled.

Sweetness: dry 0,3 gr/l
Acidity: high 4.6 g/l
