Vineyards located 350 meters above sea level cultivate Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Carvalha, Tinta Roriz, Mourisco, Tinta Miúda, Tinta Barroca, plus 15% white varietals from schist soils. The fermentation process lasts for 11 months without the addition of sulfur dioxide in stainless steel.
