Internships

A season of learning, working, and living the rhythm of natural wine.

We offer internship positions for people who want to go deeper into the world of natural wine, regenerative farming, and community-based living. Internships last 3 to 6 months and are designed around a personalised learning trajectory, agreed together in advance.

This is not a “working role”: it’s a shared commitment to learning, reflection, and growth. Whether your focus is winemaking, farming, wine service, enotourism, or sustainable hospitality, we’ll co-create a pathway that combines structured learning with meaningful hands-on experience.

What You’ll Get

  • A tailored learning plan based on your goals and interests
  • Real involvement in the day-to-day of the project (vineyard, cellar, wine bar, or farm — depending on season and focus)
  • Mentorship and regular check-ins
  • A modest monthly stipend to support your stay
  • Accommodation at The Quinta Project or Salto, depending on your role and preference
  • The chance to live as part of a creative, queer-positive, nature-rooted community

What We’re Looking For

  • A clear motivation to learn and contribute
  • A commitment to staying for at least 3 months (longer preferred)
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit
  • Interest in natural wine, regenerative farming, or community hospitality
  • Comfort with remote, rural living
  • A willingness to embrace the unpredictable

This internship is particularly suited for students of all ages, recent graduates, or individuals transitioning to a new stage in life who are interested in exploring the intersections of sustainability, food, farming, and community. We explicitly welcome interns with diverse backgrounds (to join our very diverse team!).
